A QR code or link is all they need. With no app to install, each participant selects their preferred language and listens directly from their smartphone using their own earphones. We can also provide dedicated receivers and earphones when required.

Good preparation can significantly improve the quality of the interpreting service. Whenever possible, the programme, presentations, speaker information, technical terminology, acronyms and reference documents are provided to the interpreters in advance.
For highly technical events, we can prepare a dedicated glossary together with your team.

Your audiovisual provider will usually supply us with a clean audio feed. We send the programme audio to the interpreters, receive the interpreted channels and distribute them to participants.
Connections, audio levels and access are prepared and tested in advance. If no audiovisual provider is involved, we can bring our own equipment.

How do you choose an interpreter for a conference?
The language combination, subject matter, event format, duration and level of technical complexity are all taken into account when selecting the right interpreter.
Do we need one or two interpreters?
For long or demanding simultaneous interpreting assignments, two interpreters are generally required so they can alternate.
Can interpreters work remotely?
Yes. They receive the event audio and video feed and deliver their interpretation live to participants.
Do we need an interpreting booth?
Not necessarily. A virtual booth may be sufficient. A physical booth can still be used depending on the event and its requirements.
Can you provide headsets and receivers?
Yes. We can provide the required equipment or allow participants to listen directly from their smartphones.
Do you provide specialized or certified interpreters?
