Remote simultaneous interpreting
An RSI platform designed for events
InterpretMe simply connects three elements: your event, your interpreters and your participants. Audio and, when required, the video feed are sent to the interpreters. Each interpreter works from a virtual booth and delivers the presentation in their assigned language.
Interpreted channels are then broadcast live. Participants listen from their smartphone using their own earphones, or use dedicated physical receivers when the event setup requires them.

What if you prefer physical headsets?
Using a smartphone is not mandatory. InterpretMe can provide dedicated receivers and earphones when phones are not suitable, when some participants do not have their own earphones, or when the event requires dedicated equipment.
Both methods can be used at the same time: some participants listen from their smartphone while others use a physical receiver.

A solution that integrates with your AV setup
In most configurations, your AV team simply provides a clean audio output containing the speakers’ microphones. We send this programme feed to the interpreters, provide video return when required, and distribute interpreted languages to participants.
Connections are prepared in advance with your audiovisual provider. If no AV control room is available, we can provide microphones, audio and video capture, a control-room computer, network connectivity, router, technician and listening equipment.
